Useful Information Before a Trial
You do not need every answer to start a discussion. Existing reports and material information help us identify what the trial needs to verify.

Sample Testing Questions
What if I do not know the target particle size?
Start with the material and its intended use, or describe the problem with your current powder. We can discuss which particle-size measurements are useful before defining the trial.
How much sample should I send?
Sample quantity depends on the material, equipment, and number of trial conditions. Contact us first so that we can agree on the amount, packaging, and shipping arrangements.
Can you evaluate oxidation-sensitive or heat-sensitive powders?
Tell us about temperature limits, moisture sensitivity, and any known hazards. Share an SDS / MSDS where available. The material review determines whether a suitable test configuration and protective atmosphere can be arranged.
What will the trial help me decide?
The review brings together the measured particle-size distribution, observations during processing, and the equipment configuration used. Agree in advance on any additional measurements needed to judge your process.
Will a trial guarantee the same production output?
Production capacity depends on feed properties, product specification, utilities, and system scale. Trial data supports equipment selection; the production target and acceptance conditions must be agreed for your project.
